eTips, How to’s & Overview

eKorkBoard Tiles

While even though the eKorkBoard community tiles were designed with everyone in mind, the initial idea stemmed from the desire to create a better solution for the management and distribution of promotional/marketing materials that often clutter up mailrooms and the front desk areas of apartment buildings and condominiums, as well as, the mailboxes of single family homeowners, all the while needing to keep a finger on the pulse of what’s happening in and around town. By partnering with eKorkBoard.com and Tri-City Connections companies are able to create a more “robust” retention program for their residents, tenants and employees.  We collaborate with local businesses to create “worthwhile” offers and savings that can be delivered “digitally & green” to individual devices. Advertising “overload”…no worries we believe “LESS” is “MORE” and for that reason only is why we’ve decided to distribute our “MYeQPons” specifically to members of specific communities no more than three times per month and/or based on their preferences.

Categories

Initially groups are broken down by categories, and then into sub-groups of the main group. Each group focuses on a unique service area, content and savings for its members. While subgroups are meant to bring the members of a specific group together, it’s also a useful way to communicate with others and even share tips on how to get first dibs on “great” steals, deals and coupons matching the personal preferences of members in that said community who also share similar interests. Each group is organized by the “Chief Community Advisor” and the sub-groups are co-managed by “eCommunity Advisors (volunteers)” who are passionately interested in the sharing of “need – to – know info”, as well as, the products, services and savings available to members of each of communities of which he or she belongs.

Forums

Forums are a great way to encourage discussion and communication between members. Using Forums, you can communicate with other members of your organization, enabling you to stay up-to-date on the topics that are most important to you. Forums are divided into main categories of conversation and each category can contain a number of related topics. You can search for, read and respond to posts within a particular topic of interest. As a guest you can view several of our member discussion areas, but, you must become a member in order to post questions or respond to posts.
