My Personal Commitment To You,

Hi my name is Darrin Hawkins and yes I am the “eclectic mastermind” behind “eKorkBoard.com”. As a result of growing up “poor” in-and-around what many people will refer to as just “plain ole’ street folk” (i.e. alcoholics, pushers, pimps, fiends, and in a field of broken dreams) I learned how to “hustle backwards, forwards, and even side to side” just to survive. Now I will admit publically for the first time that yes partially as a result of my ADHD I’ve been able to not only “master my mind” but learn how to “hustle and grind” with no loss or concept of time nor fear of failure in my bones. And even though many may have once laughed or shunned me because my upbringing may not have been like theirs, I am still glad for it, simply because I have a “wicked” sixth sense of how to connect the dots and make relationships and connections count! Now with this latest venture being the realization of all my ideas coming together full circle I bring you “eKorkBoard.com”, an extention of Tri-City Connections, Inc. In a more comprehensive manner than many of our competitors, Tri-City Connections, Inc. has joined forces with a variety of service professionals, vendors and local businesses. We offer property management companies, HOA’s and just busy everyday people a broad range of “value added” services professionally managed at its’ highest level both onsite and online through our proprietary online service-sharing portal dubbed as “eKorkBoard.com”. Because we are a “Service First” organization and the creators of the ESQOL (Essential Services Quality of Life) enhancement programs, each service program we offer can be customize and tailored to fit the needs of most any organization. At the core of our service mission is our desire to help property management companies and HOA Boards enhance their marketability and appeal to prospects, all the while raising the standards for property management staffing, resident, tenant, and employee retention. Our “assurance” goal is simple; make sure every customer is satisfied. And therefore, to help ensure that this goal is being met, we take a hands-on approach to the products and services we offer. We make every effort to help our clients control cost by simply leveraging the various service brands that we own, manage, and/or operate (e.g. BeSmart Recycling Services, 911Shoe-CareXpress, The JD Alexander Catering & Events Planning Company, Essential Staffing Partners) in addition to the many relationships we have established.
